Amy’s Kitchen is a family business, with every member of the family taking part. The company was started in 1987, when Amy was born. Her mom and dad, Rachel and Andy Berliner, carefully nurtured the company as well as the child, paying constant attention to every aspect of its day to day activities and providing the vision that has made Amy’s so successful. At Amy’s Kitchen, we make food in much the same way as you do at home. We start out with the freshest, organic vegetables we can find. We purchase high quality pastas, grains, beans and hormone free dairy from cows that are pasture raised. We make everything by hand. Our sauces are prepared in stages; first by heating oil, then adding aromatics and followed by fresh veggies and tomatoes. All the ingredients cook slowly until they reach their fullest flavor. In addition to their delicious taste, none of our products contain any GMO ingredients, so you can be sure the food you are eating is safe as well as nutritious.
- Light and flavorful soup made from organic corn, potatoes, leeks, red bell peppers and onions and flavored with traditional herbs, milk and butter
- Brings the fresh taste of summer, no matter what the season
- Made from wholesome, natural ingredients and prepared with the same careful attention you use at home
- USDA certified organic
- No GMO ingredients
The texture of this soup is good (chunky) but it has too much of one herb/spice, which overpowers the flavor. Too bad.
A Delicious vegetarian soup!
I love all soups but actually found myself reaching for this one over most of the other varieties of soups I have in my cupboards. There’s lots of corn and the corn is really crisp and fresh tasting while the whole soup has a mild but delicious flavor. It’s not overloaded with vegetables like a stew would be but, for me, that adds to the desirability of it. Being organic and low in salt is an added bonus of Amy’s soups. As with all the organic soups, they are quite expensive but when on special sale, I found this soup to be well worth the money. I highly recommend this soup to everyone.

Very nice soup
This is an unusually nice soup for a canned soup. Lovely flavor. I didn’t really think I could get this on amazon! So funny. My supermarket seems to have given up on this flavor and it’s the only one of Amy’s soups that my 2-year-old likes… in fact, she pretty much only likes this and my chicken noodle. I find it very handy for her packed lunches (using a thermos, obviously) and adults I’ve tried it on like it too. So I”m going to order…
highly recommend if you like corn soup!
This is actually my mostest favorite
This soup is just good. The broth is spot on and the corn with the other vegetables complement one another very well. I have to confess that I have a bad habit of putting a little pat of butter in the middle. Tasty soup!
