great flavor for Country BBQ ribs

I tried the Louisiana Spice Rub and Blend on country style ribs – I used it as a rub and then also added it to my special barbecue mopping sauce. The ribs had a great depth of flavor and it added complexity to my BBQ sauce. I have been making my special sauce for more than 20 years and this is the first time I changed the recipe -and will continue to add Mrs Bryant’s Louisiana Spice Blend to the sauce and use it as the rub as it really made the ribs into something extra special – and the sauce was scrumptious with the mashed potatoes and biscuits!
