good rice

My wife learned about this rice in the cooking class she took in Charleston. It’s cooked a lot like risotto. Turns out smooth and creamy.
It’s a little expensive for rice, but Amazon Prime delivers it to your door, and no local company carries it. A lot cheaper than a plane ticket.

Most flavorful rice in the world

I found Charleston Gold while perusing the locally grown products while living in South Carolina. This product is wonderful and puts the other rice brands on the market to shame. Lends an authentic nutty flavor to Creole and Gullah cuisine. Product is quick cooking and never too sticky. It is now a staple ingredient in our pantry.
