Great Value on an old standby

I find it hard to believe that I have been using this product for over 20 years. When I recently ran out, I was surprised that replenishing my supply was not going to be as easy as a trip to the grocery store. outstanding seasoning

The shipping was super fast and this product , just goes well on any meat in the smoker to the grill. Dont pour it on or it will be strong. Just put a nice coating on the meat and cook as usual. Paul makes some of the best seasonings on the market. You just cant go wrong with this seasoning mix!

This seasoning is fantastic rubbed on pork tenderloins. Add grated lime rind, juice and sliced lime, marinated for half a day in the fridge. Grill on high heat just until medium-rare with a pink center. Sliced into medallions and serve with a brown sauce with tablespoon of ginger-teriaki dressing mixed in. Steve Polino – Winter Park. FL
