Very Good Light Tuna

This a very good light tuna with a mild tuna flavor. It’s moist and mixes into food well like tuna and noodles or tuna salad. There isn’t an unpleasant fishy smell and it’s nice that you don’t need to drain it like you do with canned tuna. I recommend it.

So far my favorite canned/pouched tuna

This is a very healthy option. I like to mix it with cooked quinoa or brown rice and added beans for a healthy lunch. Low sodium of 300 mg (13% RDA), so I can have 2-3 pouches a day if I want. The taste is rather bland by itself, which is a good thing if you’re adding it to other foods. I was able to buy in bulk with a subscription and the occasional discount from Chicken of the Sea making my per piece price about 78 cents.

Perfect one serving packets

I love this product because it’s not only nutritious and delicious but it’s also very convenient. Just open and place on bread! A great lunch if you’re dieting.

healthy option

It is a slim packet with mostly tuna meat and not much water. Make sure you bring a small spoon to get every bits out. It was a little hard to use my fingers to eat.

I bought it primarily for backpacking and hiking. It is light weight, healthy, and fulfilling as a part of my lunch. The calorie count is good (80 per packet) and the taste is not bad when the body screams for fuel. I can also see it being added into rehydrated TVP, rehydrated instant refried beans, and canned soup, etc..

I also put a few packets in my cubicle in case i get hungry. it’s a super healthy snack (if u prefer savory snack).

Overall I am very happy to have it in my pantry so that I can grab it whenever i need one or two.

Very EASY to use

I am on a low carb diet and this is very convenient to purchase. Amazon is very easy to use and take to work or eat at home for dinner. The delivery was quick and I would purchase this again. Also, this package is a smaller size so honestly you can put this in a salad or eat alone. It is not the larger size pack which is good for one person meals.
