The best commercial balsamic the market has to offer. It is rich and thick and has a beautiful balance between sweet and tart. Great served over parmesan cheese, drizzled over grilled vegetables, meats and fresh mozzarella, in finishing sauces or over stawberries and ice cream!

This had the flavor and consistency I was looking for in an aged balsamic. My only complaint is the size–I finished the bottle in 2.5 sittings.
I almost don’t want to write this review because I want all of the vinegar to myself! If you get this you won’t be sorry. The thickness of the vinegar is not because it’s been reduced, but because it has been aged for so long and for so well. The vinegar has a nice sweetness to it which is unbelievable since it contributes to the flavor in an undistracting way. Great for topping caprese, prosciutto, serrano ham…the possibilities are endless…
