I was used to the other well known brand of oatmeal. Until I tried Cream of the West brand, I didn’t know how good oatmeal could taste. Now I am spoiled and will not have any other.
The nutrition content is hard to get online, but is very good if you are watching your glycemic index and counting fibers and protiens. I reinvented use for my old rice cooker and a hot breakfast is done by the time I finish my shower in the morning.
