A better mac and cheeze
Though it’s really not a macaroni, it’s shape and it’s ability to hold cheese sauce makes it superior as the sauce goes inside and it’s a nice bite size piece of pasta, being about three times larger than a macaroni. Here’s a very simple recipe for Cavatappi and Cheeze. Use Trader Joe’s Shredded Mexican Blend cheese mixed into a very warm Organic heavy cream. Not too thick or thin (use either more cheese or cream to change the consistency). De Cecco’s pastas are the best dried pastas.
Tasty pasta in a different shape
The pasta arrived promptly and was properly packaged. I used already two boxes and was excited about using pasta in a different shape. I will order this again.
My boy friend could not find this in the stores. He is a self proclaimed Chef. Well I checked on Amazom and low and behold I found it. He was one happy man. We bought a lot but we eat a lot of pasta so it all worked out.
