I thought I could try a short cut to cream cheese forsting by using this but it was soooo dissapointing. It taste exactly like Betty Crokcer’s vanilla frosting. There isn’t even a little hint of cream cheese. and it’s a little too sweet for my liking.

I agree with the reviewer who said it has no cream cheese taste. So far I have found no canister cream cheese frosting that tastes good enough to use for something like carrot cake where everyone expects the yummy flavor of cream cheese frosting. I will use other canned frosting flavors, but not this one again.

This was $14 a few weeks ago, now it’s $35.00+?

Oh, and by the way, this frosting is only good if melted and poured onto a cake or bar cookie as a glaze. Otherwise it’s stiff and tastes sticky-sweet with a very strange texture. Blah.
