Tried these on doctor and nutritionist recommendation to include more actual whole foods to my diet rather than just popping another supplement or vitamin. These were nice pecan halves that are probably better suited for fancy holiday desserts than my intent and pricier than I prefer. I’m sure the difficulty cracking pecans for nice halves affects the price, but pecan pieces would better serve my purpose and budget.
