Ok if you are very hard pressed for time
Nthing comes close to making dosai the traditional way, soak rice/dal, grind, let ferment, let it rise and make it. These don’t come that good as traditional, but nevertheless they are dosai. I tried once and will not go back. I prefer a restaurant or making at home.
