Perfect subsitute for your GF family
The flavor of this soup is richer than Campbells Cream of Mushroom – so on flavor alone making the switch was a huge bonus. I’ve tried the other (more expensive) gluten free cream of mushroom soups and I’d say I like them equally so this won out on price.
If you are making the switch from Campbells and using it in a recipe, you’ll want to use less liquid or add a thickener because its less condensed.
