Buckwheat flour has a rich, nutty flavor that makes wonderful pancakes and waffles. These are light and fluffy with a rich, golden color. The buckwheat flour is paired with our best stone ground wheat flour from Montana and sweetened with just a bit of honey. This is a healthy choice. Buckwheat flour is very high in nutritional value with fiber, amino acids, protein, niacin, vitamin B, and other vitamins. Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour, honey crystals (honey, wheat starch, calcium sterate (anti-caking agent), and hydroxylated l ecithin), buttermilk (dry cultured skim milk), baking soda, baking powder, and salt. This mix contains wheat and dairy products and may contain traces of soy, eggs, or nuts. This buckwheat pancake mix makes light and fluffy whole grain pancakes.

Excellent product especially if you aren’t up to full Buckwheat. Milder than regular buckwheat but, still excellent taste and most stores do not carry Buckwheat mixes of any kind.
