As hot as tabasco sauce and very sweet
TIP: I make spicy chicken wings with this sauce and they turn out delicious every time, so easy to make too:
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a cookie sheet with foil.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and drizzle with some oil and sprinkle with salt.
Toss the wings until well coated with the oil and transfer them to the cookie sheet lined with foil.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, turn wings over and brush them with some Lingham’s sauce.
Bake for 10 minutes, turn them over again and brush with Lingham’s.
Bake for 15 more minutes, remove from oven and brush one last time with Lingham’s.
