I love these with tea. However I prefer to find them locally as the shipping was almost as much as the biscuits.

A little too sweet, Plain/Dark chocolate variety is better

As far as digestive biscuits are concerned, McVities makes the best, no question. The Milk Chocolate variety is alright, but the chocolate coating is rather sweet. The sweetness definitely overwhelms the taste of the chocolate, and does not blend so well with the cookie. If this is all you have tried, you will like it, but the Plain Chocolate variety is so much better. The chocolate coating is not bitter (as some dark chocolate varieties can be)- it is still sweet, but the chocolate flavor is stronger and contrasts with the cookie much better. This Milk Chocolate variety can be found at World Market.

Simply the best

These are simply the most delicious cookies I’ve ever tasted. I usually eat them with milk or coffee, even tough I know British use tea instead. They’re great anyhow!

Just for the record, they’re also digestives…

Giant Cookie

The cookies are good but not so good when they are melted into one “giant cookie”. For the price I paid for shipping this product, I expected better. The cookies should be in packaging so they are not subject to temperature extremes or they should not ship these in the summer!

McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestives

I love these! Very satisfying, and great with a cup of tea or coffee. I discovered these while living in the UK. Now I plan on
keeping a package in my pantry at all times!

Great (and sweet) Little Scottish Crackers

Had these on a trip to Scotland and really liked them. Nice to find a source for them now that we are home.
