Very good; used for salad topping and dipping. Thick texture. Not of the quality of a good fig balsamic vinegar, but an adequate trade-off considering the cost savings.

Great Steak Glaze!
This glaze has become a staple at our house! I add it during the last two minutes when searing a steak. Then, I finish the steaks in the oven for 9 minutes at 400 degrees, and add a touch more of the glaze during the last 2 minutes of baking. This glaze is over-the-top delicious!
