Pretty good for the macros

This cereal is pretty tasty, considering the macros. No, it won’t taste like frosted flakes or some other high-carb sugar-laden cereal, but it definitely doesn’t taste like cardboard either. Some of the pieces get soft in milk, and other bits stay crunchy – I like the texture. My favorite flavor is Maple Pecan, but the Strawberry is fine as well.

Tasty

For a low gluten product this stuff is very good. It holds up well in liquid, doesn’t get all mushy. I like the bits of dried fruit. I add stevia for sweetness.

Taste Like Cardboard

I got this cereal because I missed my strawberry shredded wheat – I am on a low carb diet. Read the review so I thought I would take a chance -even though you have to order 6 boxes. Boy what a waste of money all of it is going in the trash. It taste like cardboard. Even after taking a bite I tried adding blueberries to disguise the taste and ended up eating the blueberries out of it but could barely get through 1/2 of the bowl. If you are looking for the taste of cereal this is not the way to go

Cereal Review

I wish I could buy this cereal in the supermarket but Amazon is the only place that sells it. I need to eat low carb cereal and this is about the best I’ve found.
