I already reorderd this flour. It works really well. The sour dough bread that I made from it was just great. My kids loved it! I forgot to mention that you can use it exactly like wheat white flour in: cakes, pasta, biscuits, yeast dough-what ever you want!
This is the greatest way to get “white” bread that is more digestible. It works nicely in any recipe that I have tried so far. I will definitely be ordering more of this.
