Excellent Paste for Chicken Tikka
4 tbs. Tikka Paste
1 tbs. Hot curry paste
1/4 cup yoghurt (I prefer to use Greek yoghurt)
Mix thoroughly and marinade the chicken for about 6 1/2 hours. Grill in the oven at 400 degrees for 22 – 25 minutes (depending on the size of the bits)
A Tandoor is much hotter, but that temperature gives you time to have a starter and still seals in moisture.
Serve with raw onion and Naan or Roti.
