This is the one!
We have tried several different Laksa Pastes and this is the “Real Deal”. Look no further you’ve found the right stuff with this paste. There are several great recipes out there. We like to add Vermicilli and Angle Hair noodles, 1lb chicken and or shrimp, Cilantro, bean sprouts, scallions, fresh red chili, 4 cups water, 2 cups coconut milk, 1 stalk lemon grass (pounded), 4 tbsp sambal oelek sauce (siracha will do), juice of one lime, 2 jars Yoe’s Laksa Paste. Enjoy!
My search for the perfect Laksa
Two years ago I had the perfect Laksa in tiny restaurant in Chatswood, Australia. Since that time I’ve been trying to re-create that meal at home. After numerous tries, I’ve come to realize that I never will, but with Por Kwan Laksa paste, I can make an enjoyable meal.
