Great tasting and easy to use

These instant potato flakes taste great and do not contain sulfites like many commercial brands. I do wish they included some simple instructions on the bag. We used the instructions from Bob’s Red Mill potato flakes (now discontinued). For 2 servings: heat 3/4C of water to boiling, add 1T butter or margarine and 1/4tsp of salt. Remove from heat and add 1/4C cold milk or soymilk. Add approximately 2/3C of potato flakes (more or less depending on how stiff you like them). Stir gently and fluff with a fork. Do not whip.

Handy way to have potato flakes ready to use

I got these to use in homemade bread. I put them in a really nice well-sealed glass jar that I’m just keeping out on the counter-top ready to use. They actually look pretty on display and it keeps me from forgetting to use them.

POTATOE FLAKES

HAVE YOU BEEN TO THE GROCERY TO BUY A BAG OF POTATOES LATELY. WELL, THIS PRODUCT NOT ONLY SAVED YOU TIME BUT MONEY. NO ROTTEN CENTERS OR GREEN SKINS. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I BUY FROM THEM OFTEN WHEN I NEED TO STOCK UP FOR WINTER. GREAT GRAINS AND VEGETABLES.

Great Product!

These are DELICIOUS~and the best part for me is that the product contains only potatoes, no additives, etc. Awesome!
I searched a lot of different companies before I found these. I will be ordering again and again from them.

dried potatoes

I really did not like these potatoes at all. I thought they tasted worse than most of the others I’ve tried. I have to admit that I am a fan of whole potatoes, but I like to keep a box of potato flakes on hand. My husband likes dried potatoes, but he did not like these.
