Chock full of vegetables and VERY zesty! I ended up eating the whole can after shoveling snow and it warmed me through. 60 calories per serving (2 servings per can), 690mg sodium, 4g fiber and 3g protein. Chock full of celery carrots, corn, beans and tomato. I like it more than the Campbell’s Select Harvest Light Southwestern-Style Vegetable Soup, 18.6-Ounce Cans (Pack of 12), it has much more flavor!

A good soup, however a bit watered down. Add more spices or meats into it to bring more flavor in the mix.
