It only takes minutes to make, and you can add in your own steamed vegetables or shrimp tempure for a real taste of Japan.

The best instant noodle ever!
This is by far the best instant soup I have ever ate. It only takes 3 min to prepare. The best soup in less time than it would take to boil your water for ramen. Bonus only 290 calories for the whole bowl. If you like udon you’ll love this.
I hope amazon will start carrying the version with KATSUO!
Good Udon soup low in calaories
The Shirakiku Udon soup is tasty, quick to make, and low in calories. I do tend to spice it up a bit with Schichimi Togarashi (Japaqnese red pepper seasoning), a diced tomato, and other assorted Asian seasonings.
Excellent but too expensive from Amazon.com
This soup is superb – not a dehydrated noodle but a fresh vacuum packed noodle – with a rich full-flavored broth. But I bought them at Sunflower market for $2.89 a bowl.
I am deployed overseas and these noodles keep me going. The flavor is robust, the noodles are fresh and the size is plentiful. I order them by the case!
I bought this item from Hmart last month. It was on sale 99cent a bowl (full price is 2.99). The broth is so good and the noodle is fresh and soft. Today Hmart has it on sale again. 12 bowls for 11.99 (full price is 29.99). I bought them right away.
This instant soup tastes like a high-quality restaurant style soup.
This instant soup is insanely delicious. It comes in a rigid cup containing four packets: vacuum-sealed moist udon noodles, concentrated liquid soup base, dehydrated vegetable flakes, and dehydrated bonito flakes. Add water and soup base to the noodles, microwave for three minutes, stir in the dehydrated flakes, and you will have a high-quality restaurant style soup.
