This bean tastes really good but all 12 cans looked like being smashed by something. That outfit definately degraded the taste of this product.
The cans I received were severely bent. This did not happen in shipping. The box was in good condition and packaged well. Amazon needs to indicate the condition of the canned good they are selling (or at least mention the possibility of the cans being bent, because it is starting to appear from the number I have received that they are selling damaged canned goods). I had to throw one of the cans away since the product in it smelled off.

Not as tasty as Bush’s. I wanted to order Bush’s but they were not available here on Amazon at the time, They might be better for you but I’m not sure. If it tastes worse it is usually better for you. These taste kinda bland and raw. I like Bush’s better. Itt has a much better taste.
Vegan. Organic. Fat Free. A treat. Beautiful organic beans in a smooth & delightful organic maple baked bean sauce. Onion flavor note is not really distinguishable by itself but adds well to the overall flavor ‘symphony.’ Pleasant maple sugar flavor. A delight. Highly recommended! 525 calories, 0g fat, and 24g protein per can. Labeled “vegetarian,” but is vegan also. This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference. My family loves these beans and I have ordered them before. The first shipment had 2 or 3 cans with small dents. My last order had 9 of 12 cans that were severely dented. This did not happen in shipping. The box was in good condition and packaged well by Amazon. Most of the dents are on the inside cans of the package. It seems that they come this way from the manufacturer. Amazon is sending me a replacement case and I hope they are in better shape.
UPDATE: My replacement case came and 11 of 12 cans have dents. Amazon has refunded my money. I contacted Walnut Creek and they said they only sell Amazon first quality products and they are not sure how the cans are getting dented. I would not suggest purchasing these beans from Amazon.

We have been purchasing these baked beans for about a year now. Typically not a big fan of baked beans in a can, we decided to give these a try. We were sold on the first can and have been buying them ever since!
These beans have a very good flavor, I mixed them up with tofu kilbasa for the franks and beans experience. It was a satisfying meal, made in minutes. I would highly recommend trying these great organic beans.

I love these beans! Delicious! I’ve used them even in soups! My grandchildren who are not lovers of beans will eat these!
Many years ago when I lived in Maine, each Saturday was the day to make bread and bake beans. And my baked beans were excellent. But now that I’m old, live alone but still like beans on Saturday, I found Walnut Acres beans are better than mine were. (and they make lovely sandwiches)
$1.74 can. 150 calories per serving (1/2 cup) and ZERO FAT! GREAT baked beans made with white beans, cane sugar, molasses, brown rice flour, onions, salt and maple syrup, and ALL ORGANIC. Nothing odd or chemical in these! Delicious vegetarian beans that are ready to serve. Fry up some bacon and onions, drain them, add to the beans, and bake for about an hour for a dish even carnivores love. Or eat them right out of the can like I do for a fast nutritious meal anytime! Great price, $1.44 a can, on Subscribe and Save! These are better tasting than the other Walnut Acres “baked beans” which are really plain: Walnut Acres Organic Baked Beans, 15 Ounce Cans (Pack of 12)
